The Nitrox Diver course enables divers to breathe gases other than air. It will provide the scuba diver with the knowledge and skill to dive with this gas. Diving with Nitrox can increase your bottom times, reduce fatigue, reduce the effects of nitrogen narcosis, and reduce your chances of decompression sickness if followed properly. Nitrox diving is gaining popularity at resorts, live aboard boat operators and local dive shops. Diving with Nitrox gives you the extra-added safety cushion if followed properly. Must be a certified Open Water Diver to enroll in the Nitrox course.
